Secure Exchange allows our clients to securely transmit their ACH, ICL, and Credit Card Batch files each day, or multiple times per day. We can save you time and money by not having to separate your ACH and ICL transactions after Lockbox processing. Send the Lockbox batch file through Secure Exchange and let the Ventanex' Central Intelligence processor perform the decisioning to determine least-cost routing based on eligibility and other client-determined rules. You'll even receive Positive File Transfer Confirmation.
Each time you send a file you receive:
- Transmission reports that provides file information such as which transactions were accepted or rejected. It also contains the entire record from the batch file, the tracking number for each transaction, as well as the error code for each rejected transaction.
- Comprehensive Return Reports contains information specific to reversals from each day. This allows you to automate the task of posting of critical reversal information to your system.
- Completion Flags. After the batch has been processed, a file will appear in the directory that signals that all the pertinent files are complete and are ready for download.
