Mr.
Sanders, Chief Operating Officer, has a unique blend of
technical and business expertise enabling him to deliver
technical solutions with a focus on the value-add to the
business community. Recognizing the need to adapt to changing
business environments, Sanders actively participated in the
transition of Ventanex from a Web development company to a
service based financial transaction processing
organization. His
combined technical and business vision continues to enable him
to effectively lead Ventanex in delivering feature-rich
electronic payment technology to the business
community.
Sanders,
is a process-oriented and quality-minded individual with
training in the "Six Sigma" and "Total Quality Management"
processes. With this training, Sanders learned the importance of process
measurement and their iterative nature. According to Sanders,
technology driven services are more highly valued by the
marketplace when they are adaptable and intricately woven in
to a client’s business process. His continued
awareness and involvement in external influences such as
changes in: governmental regulations, NACHA, banking groups,
industry focus groups, and technological advancements, help
Sanders focus Ventanex technology in to a tool highly valued
by the marketplace. Sanders does not believe in forcing clients to adapt to
our technology but rather use advanced technology to offer
clients a truly integrated business solution that enhances
their existing business processes.
Sanders, prior to Ventanex, most
recently held the position of Chief Information Officer at PC
Wholesale, and has held various positions within organizations
such as: Texaco, GE Capital IT Solutions, and Entex
Information Services Networld Solutions. Sanders attended
Texas Tech University and holds
certifications from A+, Microsoft, Banyan Vines, Compaq,
Toshiba and Cisco.
